Materials used for the production of the articles are harmless to the animals. Since only the use of safe paints (and clear varnish) according to DIN 71-3 and wood glue, which is solvent-free, are used.
The estimated processing time of an order varies between 8-16 days. Since every item requires a different processing time, depending on its size and effort.

With exception: items that do not require a production (after receipt of order), such as bowls or food (flax sprays, millet sprays). The processing time of these items usually amounts between 2-3 days (preparation time for shipment).

If an item has already been pre-produced (like in the "In Stock" section), it does not need production after order receipt. That means that the processing time of an order will decrease to 2-3 days (preparation time for shipment).
