Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, worldwide shipping is provided. The most common shipping destinations are already listed. However, if your country is not included, please contact me and I will adjust the shipment options.

Do you accept returns?

  • Returns are accepted for certain products. In that case, a return should be made within 14 days after receipt the products.

  • Return policy: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What payment methods are accepted?

  • All credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Giropay, Klarna Sofort and PayPal payments are accepted.

Which delivery service is used for shipping?

  • National: All packages are shipped by DHL. However, depending on the circumstances, it can be the case that Hermes may also be used for the shipping.

  • International: The packages will be shipped with DHL. Once the package reaches your country, DHL will hand over the package to a delivery service in your country, in case DHL does not deliver there itself.

What is the processing time?

  • The processing time refers to the time - it takes me to produce the order and prepare it for shipment - until the delivery.

What is the delivery time?

  • The delivery time refers to the time the shipping service requires to deliver the package to you. In short: the time period in which the package is on its way.

Former products can no longer be found in the shop. Will these return again?

  • Not all products will be making a comeback. If the demand for a product is very high, it may be possible that it will be available in the shop again. Otherwise, certain products will not actually come back.

  • Reason: I want to continue to develop my product diversity and always offer something new.

What happens if the delivery gets delayed?

  • I am not responsible for any delays of the delivery service, since I do not have any influence on it.

  • If a package is delayed excessively, do not hesitate to contact me and I will get in touch with the delivery service.
